The Bob L. Burger Recreation Center is an entertainment unit that offers a variety of fitness and recreational opportunities for children, youths and adults. Its facilities are spread over an area of more than 20 acres. The Bob L. Burger Recreation Center features a fitness atrium that has various cardiovascular equipment, including stair climbers, exercise cycles, treadmills, elliptical machines and rowers. The center s other facilities feature a gymnasium, four-field youth sports complex, ice hockey rink, outdoor classrooms, swimming pools, courts and multipurpose rooms. It provides child care services for children up to the age of 7, as well as individualized care plans for special-need children. Additionally, the unit offers rental services for various meetings, swimming parties and birthday celebrations. The Bob L. Burger Recreation Center is located in Lafayette, Colo.
