I would not even give this a one star. Furniture I bought in Sept. 2015 Frame Bent. Called the store said they only could come once a month to the Villages FA. They put on a new bottom frame and stuffing in the back cushions. Called again to let store know side frame was also bent came back and bent the frame back in shape. Told them cushions were not stuffed correctly. Told me and my husband to fix it ourselves and not to move the furniture or the frame would bend again. I am talking about a ,$2000 dollar piece of furniture and they put stuffing in the back of our chairs which they did WRONG and bent a frame back in shape and will not do anything to make this right. I want my money back but said I could not have it back. If I return it will charge us a restocking fee. Really! Don't buy anything here! Read the small print! Terrible customer service. Not helpful to the consumer!
