• Radiation Therapy
  Free flap techniques reposition a woman’s own muscle, fat and skin to create or cover the breast mound. This is sometimes necessary when a mastectomy or radiation therapy leave insufficient tissue on the chest wall to cover and support a breast implant. Flap techniques or the use of tissue expanders are almost always required when a breast implant is used for reconstruction.

• Brow Lift
  During the procedure, a number of small incisions are made within the hairline or on the natural creases of each upper eyelid; this is called endoscopic brow lift that has minimal scarring and is less invasive. A wide incision across the top of the scalp may also be used where sagging of skin is in excess; this is referred to as traditional brow lift surgery. The tissue and muscle beneath the skin are repositioned, altered or removed. Excess skin is trimmed away and the remaining skin is repositioned over the brow and sewn into place.

• Breast Augmentation
  Some people find that breast implants are not what they are looking for. Unfortunately, some people only determine that after they have a breast augmentation procedure. Fortunately, breast implants that go in the breasts can also come out. Some people prefer to return to their natural breast shape and size; others don't like the hassle of periodic doctor visits to check for potential breast implant complications.
• Breast Reduction
  Having sizable, disproportionate breasts may negatively affect your confidence and prevent you from enjoying certain activities. Breast reduction surgery can improve the overall appearance of your breasts and liberate you from the limitations that come from having cumbersome breasts. • Face Lift
  Facial rejuvenation interventions tend to operate on a sliding scale. On one end are the standard skin moisturizers you can pick up in any drug store or pharmacy. On the far other end are surgical procedures, such as the facelift, that can be more expensive but offer near-permanent results.
• Neck Lift
  Incisions are placed discreetly in the hairline to conceal scarring. Your incisions will often run along the ear, around the earlobe, and along the lower scalp. Patients who require a neck lift will have a secondary incision placed under the chin. The full length and extent of your incisions will depend on the correction needed to help you achieve your ideal results.
• Blepharoplasty
  During the procedure, incisions are made along the creases of the eye. In the case of a transconjunctival blepharoplasty, which treats the lower eyelid, incisions are made inside the lower rim of the eye’s skin and can extend to the outer corners of the eye. Incision lines are designed to be concealed by the natural structures of your face. Excess fatty tissue and skin are divided from the muscle and removed to eliminate bags and restore firmness. The remaining skin is repositioned over the eye and sewn into place. To further improve the appearance of the skin surrounding the eye, Dr. Doezie may use skin resurfacing techniques. Such techniques may also be used in lieu of excision of minimal excess lower eyelid skin.
• Abdominoplasty
  Abdominoplasty, also known as tummy tuck surgery, targets excess skin and fat while treating lax abdominal muscles to enhance and tone your abdominal contour.
• Nose Surgery
  There are two options of performing rhinoplasty: closed approach and open approach. In closed rhinoplasty, incisions are made inside the nostrils. In open rhinoplasty, an additional inconspicuous incision is made across the columella (the bit of skin that separates the nostrils). This exposes the cartilage and bone that make up the framework of the nose; the desired shape and profile are sculpted on the area. Once the desired shape has been achieved, the skin is stitched back into place to complete the nose surgery. The procedure is administered under general anesthesia in an outpatient facility and generally lasts one to two hours.

  A body lift is a procedure designed to remove excess or loose abdominal skin and improve the tone of the underlying musculature. Body lift surgery is often necessary after patients lose a significant amount of weight and develop folds of excess skin and tissue that do not respond to exercise.
