- Medical Weight LossStubborn skin and fat accumulations in the abdomen may prevent you from achieving the toned, lean abdominal contours you desire. Aging, pregnancy, and weight loss can all cause the accumulation of this excess tissue. Many men and women struggle to improve the aesthetics of their abdomen through diet and exercise and, in the end, yield minimal results. Schedule My Consultation
- Emergency CareUnfortunately, some wounds do not heal ideally, or were not sutured well in the emergency department or by the operating room doctor. Scars may remain thickened and wide, or with poorly-aligned wound edges causing a divot or depression. These types of scars can easily be improved with a scar revision surgery at our facility.

- RadiologyWe may need to give your information to other facilities, including but not limited to radiology, labs, medical specialists, and insurance companies to process claims.
- Radiation TherapyFree flap techniques reposition a woman’s own muscle, fat and skin to create or cover the breast mound. This is sometimes necessary when a mastectomy or radiation therapy leave insufficient tissue on the chest wall to cover and support a breast implant. Flap techniques or the use of tissue expanders are almost always required when a breast implant is used for reconstruction.
- Ear SurgeryMost prominent ear surgery patients see their results immediately, and over the following weeks the ear will settle into its new position closer to the head. Surgical scars are hidden behind the ears and will become less visible over time.
- Reconstructive SurgeryPatients often pay out of pocket for their procedure. Several lending institutions that specialize in loans for cosmetic and reconstructive surgery offer affordable rates.
- BotoxBOTOX® Cosmetic is the commercial trade name for Botulinum Toxin Type A. The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved the use of botulinum toxin for treatment of moderate to severe frown lines. Ophthalmologists first introduced the compound for treating optic muscle disorders in the late 1980s. Since then, BOTOX® Cosmetic as grown to be the number one cosmetic procedure in the United States. As BOTOX® Cosmetic is one of the most widely researched medicines in the world, its successful usage in the last 15 years and more makes it very popular in all age groups (between 18 and 65).
- Brow LiftDuring the procedure, a number of small incisions are made within the hairline or on the natural creases of each upper eyelid; this is called endoscopic brow lift that has minimal scarring and is less invasive. A wide incision across the top of the scalp may also be used where sagging of skin is in excess; this is referred to as traditional brow lift surgery. The tissue and muscle beneath the skin are repositioned, altered or removed. Excess skin is trimmed away and the remaining skin is repositioned over the brow and sewn into place.
- Eyelid SurgeryMost commonly, eyelid surgery is performed on adult men and women who have healthy facial tissue and muscles and have realistic goals for improvement of the upper and/or lower eyelids and surrounding area.
- LiposuctionExcess deposits of fat that are resistant to diet and exercise can prevent you from having the attractive body contours you desire. Everyone accumulates fat differently, and stubborn fat deposits are unique to each patient. Unwanted fat can affect how slim or toned an area of your body appears, which can impact how confident you feel about your body. Liposuction is a safe and effective form of fat removal designed to restore a more toned and defined body contour. Schedule My Consultation
- Breast AugmentationSome people find that breast implants are not what they are looking for. Unfortunately, some people only determine that after they have a breast augmentation procedure. Fortunately, breast implants that go in the breasts can also come out. Some people prefer to return to their natural breast shape and size; others don't like the hassle of periodic doctor visits to check for potential breast implant complications.
- Breast ReductionHaving sizable, disproportionate breasts may negatively affect your confidence and prevent you from enjoying certain activities. Breast reduction surgery can improve the overall appearance of your breasts and liberate you from the limitations that come from having cumbersome breasts. Breast reduction can be performed unilaterally (on one breast) or bilaterally (on both breasts).
- Breast LiftThe desire for smaller implants is not common, but it does occur. Revision surgery will involve adjusting the implant pocket to better support the new smaller implants. A breast lift might also be necessary, along with a supportive mesh, depending on the patient’s skin elasticity and the size of the new implants.
- RhinoplastyFirst-time rhinoplasty whether it is for aesthetic, functional, or reconstructive purposes is called Primary rhinoplasty. An unsatisfactory outcome from a previous rhinoplasty may require follow-up surgery, which is called revision rhinoplasty or secondary rhinoplasty. Open rhinoplasty is preferred for secondary rhinoplasty.
- Breast ReconstructionDr. Doezie has a passion for treating breast cancer patients and considers it his mission to help restore their sense of wholeness through careful breast reconstruction and enhancement. Often, reconstruction after mastectomy results in a breast that looks even better than before surgery, and Dr. Doezie finds it very gratifying to help these patients through a difficult part of their lives. He specializes in the latest techniques of reconstruction with implants, and also performs reconstruction using a patient’s own tissue. He participates regularly in educational forums for breast cancer patients at Mission Hospital and has been a featured speaker at the annual breast cancer symposium held by the Susan G. Komen Foundation of Orange County. He recently stated to a local publication, “Some of my most beautiful patients are breast cancer survivors on whom I have reconstructed their breasts. They have weathered some bad storms and truly know who they are and their place in this world.†His goal is to be the premier provider of breast cancer reconstruction for all patients.

He then completed a six-year integrated plastic surgery residency at Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, California. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS) and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS).
- Thigh LiftPatients who have skin laxity and excess fat accumulation shouldn’t undergo just liposuction. Body contouring procedures such as tummy tuck, thigh lift, and arm lift are designed to treat excess, sagging tissue to restore the firm contours of the body. Combining liposuction with body contouring provides improved results and a better body composition.
- Face LiftFacial rejuvenation interventions tend to operate on a sliding scale. On one end are the standard skin moisturizers you can pick up in any drug store or pharmacy. On the far other end are surgical procedures, such as the facelift, that can be more expensive but offer near-permanent results.
- Neck LiftIncisions are placed discreetly in the hairline to conceal scarring. Your incisions will often run along the ear, around the earlobe, and along the lower scalp. Patients who require a neck lift will have a secondary incision placed under the chin. The full length and extent of your incisions will depend on the correction needed to help you achieve your ideal results.
- BlepharoplastyDuring the procedure, incisions are made along the creases of the eye. In the case of a transconjunctival blepharoplasty, which treats the lower eyelid, incisions are made inside the lower rim of the eye’s skin and can extend to the outer corners of the eye. Incision lines are designed to be concealed by the natural structures of your face. Excess fatty tissue and skin are divided from the muscle and removed to eliminate bags and restore firmness. The remaining skin is repositioned over the eye and sewn into place. To further improve the appearance of the skin surrounding the eye, Dr. Doezie may use skin resurfacing techniques. Such techniques may also be used in lieu of excision of minimal excess lower eyelid skin.
- AbdominoplastyAbdominoplasty, also known as tummy tuck surgery, targets excess skin and fat while treating lax abdominal muscles to enhance and tone your abdominal contour.
- Nose SurgeryThere are two options of performing rhinoplasty: closed approach and open approach. In closed rhinoplasty, incisions are made inside the nostrils. In open rhinoplasty, an additional inconspicuous incision is made across the columella (the bit of skin that separates the nostrils). This exposes the cartilage and bone that make up the framework of the nose; the desired shape and profile are sculpted on the area. Once the desired shape has been achieved, the skin is stitched back into place to complete the nose surgery. The procedure is administered under general anesthesia in an outpatient facility and generally lasts one to two hours.
- Body LiftA body lift is a procedure designed to remove excess or loose abdominal skin and improve the tone of the underlying musculature. Body lift surgery is often necessary after patients lose a significant amount of weight and develop folds of excess skin and tissue that do not respond to exercise. A body lift can simultaneously remove extra tissue around the buttocks, abdomen, waist, and hips for overall enhancement. Schedule My Consultation

- GynecomastiaMale breast reduction is a surgical procedure designed to reduce breast tissue in men who suffer from gynecomastia. - Facial ImplantsA loss of fat along the cheeks can lead to a loss of youthful facial volume. Fat distribution / grafting / transfer is not necessary for every facelift but may be advised if volume loss has caused a lack of facial definition. Dr. Doezie may also recommend facial implants if they would benefit you.
- Bariatric SurgeryStrength training, such as weight lifting, can improve the muscle tone of your arm but it cannot address the elasticity of the skin, weakened tissue or localized fat deposits. Ageing can affect the appearance of your arms as can losing a significant amount of weight either through bariatric surgery or otherwise. A brachioplasty procedure can tighten the supportive tissue that shapes the upper arm, reduces any skin that sags downward and remove deposits of fat.
