While spending a weekend in Laconia our car did not start, we called AAA to jump start it but it did not work, so after some online research we decided to get the car towed to Mikes Quality Car Care (being AAA approved garage gave us some extra peace of mind). We talked to Bill on the phone (one of the employees) to see if they could treat that as an emergency since we are from out of state and had to go back home. We got the car towed there, and I went to the repair shop half an hour later to put a bit of pressure to try to get the car ready to get back home. What was my surprise when I got there, not only Bill have the car ready, but also they did not charge me a dime since it was a minor issue. They treated us with professionalism, and respect and honesty.

The best place I have ever been for service on my vehicles. Straight, honest explanation of the problems, highly skilled mechanics that know their stuff, and very fair prices every time I go in. I really feel good about my service visit every time I leave, whether it was for routing maintenace or more serious repairs. They always treat me honestly and never try to sell me something that is not needed. I can't imagine goine anywhere else now that I have found them, Bill, Mike and all the guys are just wonderful.
