      They waited until 4:45 pm to let me know they would not be able to come to fix my garage door. I called them at 7am. Then, even though their hours state they are open on Saturday, I have to wait until Tuesday for them to come because it is a holiday weekend. I am told I will be the first customer on Tuesday...we'll see...........
