Lakes Dharma Center offers weekly group meditation sittings and dharma talks along with discussion. We also carry our own line of meditation cushions (Zafu) that we sell at very reasonable rates. We have prayer bead necklace and bracelet malas for sale as well. One-on-one meditation instruction is available by appointment.
