      Founded in 1968, Lacombe Nursing Center is a family-owned skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. It has a 90-plus bed facility that is located in Lacombe, La. It offers complete physician directed care; 24-house nursing services; physical, occupational and speech therapies; wound and pain management; and hospice services. Additionally, the center provides laboratory, transportation and religious services. The center also provides specialized care for patients who are terminally ill. It is a Medicare- and Medicaid-certified facility that offers a variety of rehabilitative and restorative programs, such as secure care safety system, hydration and specialized dietary. Lacombe Nursing Center s staff includes licensed and certified nurses, physicians, dieticians, therapists and social workers.
