This place wouldn't get 1 star but 0 stars is not an option. My husbands grandmother, while her eyesight and hearing was failing, was a healthy 98 3/4 when she went into this place. She needed assistance walking but 2 "caregivers" dropped her twice in her first week. The 2nd time it gave her a huge black eye & split her forehead open from inner brow to outer hairline requiring many stitches. I was not warned about the head wound and when I walked in to visit. As I burst into tears at seeing her head with a large bloody gash across it and 1/3 of the left side of her face was red & purple, the nurse who walked me in said "Oh it's not as bad as it looks." ???? It was one of the most traumatizing experiences I have ever had. Within 6 weeks she died. Her mind was sharp but she couldn't recover from this. If you love your family members do not put them in this facility.
