Sometimes people due not understand maintenance services recommend for their car. They can think this is a $700 dollar repair that is not needed.

The service is good and I like that I can set an appointment. I mainly go to Firestone for oil changes. With a Firestone account the oil change is really inexpensive. Also, they don't give me a laundry list of things wrong with my car like Jiffy Lube does. Jiffy Lube ripped me off time and again. I have not experienced this issue with Firestone.
