At first there was a problem with the value needed but it was an error on the customer's part. First Appraisal did everything possible to find sales comparables and followed through with added requests from the lender that were needed in order to close a loan for the client. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing an appraisal done in an accurate and timely manner.
