I went to Young Chiropractic for help with neuropathy. They advertised a program that I was told I qualified for. I was to receive FREE testing & treatment. The office was so disorganized nobody really knew what was going on regarding my treatment and billing. I was told I would be given 3-5 free treatments which included the testing. I was to be retested to see if there was improvement. At that time I was to be given a treatment plan. NOTHING was free my health insurance was billed and I self paid. They billed my health insurance for the free treatment and collected self pay fee from me at the time of service. The office doubled billed. I tried to set up a time to review the billing error. They were so disorganized I was so frustrated with this office I just cut my loss. Lesson learned.

Dr. Young and his staff are amazing. I went in for a second opinion for my carpel tunnel surgery and through Gaston technic I didn't have to have the surgery! Dr. Young is extremely knowledgable and knows his field. His office staff girls get you in for same day appointments. Thank you!

The combination of physical therapy and chiropractic care gave me results faster than I thought possible. What a great group of doctors. I am going to try the accupuncture next week.
