i took my computer to these people as i had a problem with it not booting up.i was told the diagnostic was 49.99 and it would go toward the work if i need . i then asked if it was going to take longer then a week was told it shouldn'ti then left and waited 3 days to call them when i did i was told that they had not even looked at it i said ok and called back the next 2 days and got the same storyi had dropped it off on Tuesday and on the following Monday i went down there i was finally told they thought i had a bad mother board and we then discussed options and was told they would have to do research to find the products i needed the next day i called and was told all my componants were shot and and it would be cheaper to build a new system for650 dollars i said no i went to get my pc i then had to pay 70 for diag and was treated very rudely i then took it to computers to go and had it repaired for 130 and it took 1 dayIn my opinion steer away from here it a very bad shop
