I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. You may not get your bounce house!

So here is what happened: Our nursing home (non-profit company) was planning a carnival for our residents and their families to get everyone together (completely done on donations). Our residents love to watch their grandkids play games, etc. We paid the full amount 3 weeks prior and the check was cashed. On the day of the event, Bounce Bounce was supposed to arrive at 11am, at 11:45 we called them and did not receive an answer, so we left a message. At 12:15pm we received a voicemail from a kid who could not have been more than 14 years old. (We had never spoke to a kid prior, we had only spoke to the owner.) The kid left a message stating that he was in Madison and was not told that he had to run a bounce house at our facility. He also said that he could not bring the bounce house that we had paid for, but that he could bring a smaller one. We called him back, which he did not answer and we left a message. He called us back 2 hours later and stated that no one from the company was going to be able to bring our bounce house because they had an emergency. He also stated on the message, "I am sure they will give you a refund."

We did get our refund back, but what a terrible experience. All of the kids were waiting for the bounce house and our residents were saddened because they did not get to see their grandkids jump in it.

This company has no professionalism and no heart if you ask me.
