The staff wasn’t the best at times, they seemed rushed and good for loosing paperwork such as the paperwork needed for us to get picked up and checked out. Other than that I enjoyed my stay for the most part.
EXCELLENT GETAWAY. It seems expensive at first, but the amenities are exceptional! Each room oversees a body of water. At check in, you can borrow games and movies to take to your own personal cabin for you and your spouse. They give you a horse and carriage ride to your cabin and give a framed picture of your arrival. (If it snows, you get to ride in a one horse open sleigh). Inside the cabin is heated floors, a disposable camera, a jacuzzi, heated floors, cable tv and surround sound stereo, goose feed, stocked refrigerator, basket of snacks and much more. You can grill your own food or dine in by candle light. The staff never bother you, but if you need something, just buzz them and they'll come check the box made into the cabin wall for a note from you. When they respond, they flick on the light outside the box and you check it for whatever you requested. It's just a really cool, romantic getaway. Everybody needs to stay at least once.
