I had a large landscaping job done by smalls and had nothing but problems. The work was not done professionally also the plans that were agreed on were changed without my approval. the end result is I got a terrible job done that I didn't even want. be careful.

If you like a company that will start your job late, work fast to get the job done while making tons of mistakes then Smalls is for you. Still waiting for them to come back and fix a long list of problems. Looks like the only way for them to listen to me will be in court.

We had landscaping work done in 2013. Approximately $28K. Our experience has been that it is hard to get a call back and dates when they will be out. The weather is always bad so they are always 2 more weeks, again. Right now we are dealing with die off from the winter and them providing replacement plants. We will chase this till our warranty is over then we will look for a service that has more responsiveness. Knowing what I know now I would not have done this. I am not sure what the problem is. Are we to far away, not a big enough customer to be important, just not sure whats up with the communication. All I can say is be careful before you sign the paper and hand over the money.
