Provided by YP.comI took a propeller in to be repaired and was quoted a price of "around $80". When I picked up the propeller the next week the cost was $294. The answer when asked why the difference was "it just cost more than we thought.". I asked why I didn't get an option to not have it repaired before they decided to spend my $294 (after all, I could get a brand new one for about the same amount) and the reply was they don't have a process in place for that. Bottom line: they took my prop, said it would be $80 dollars, they wouldn't give it back to me till I gave them $$294.
While in the shop talking to the service rep, we were interrupted over a dozen times and everyone else's problems/issues/questions were resolved before mine, as if I was the least of their problems.
I would not recommend Faye's to anyone. I feel they are inherently dishonest in their estimates and don't care about their customers.

Provided by YP.comFor something that is post to be a great family experience it was a nightmare. It was going well till the day of delivery when they brought us the boat down to our lake house on Bass lake. not till it was docked did they explain to us that they had crashed the boat previous. What happened is they take the boats out on the lake by them to make sure everything on the boat is good. As they were loading the boat back on the trailer they crashed it and put a hole in 3 spots in the bottom of the pontoon. They also messed up the new trailer we bought. SO..... after they dock the boat they say "by the way, we had a little problem". So Kris FAY the owners wife, promised no other problems besides the big a$$ wrinkle in the front of the pontoon. well this is when the holes come into play cuz that was Saturday night, come Monday morning the boat is SINKING!!!!. So at this point i was so sick of it I called and talked to the owner Ed and said that I didn't want this boat, for heavens sake they crashed it. Ed said that its to bad and thats not the way things work and I have to keep the boat or I don't get my $3000 deposit back. Long story short after all the fighting I got stuck with the boat cuz the wordage in the contract. So I guess that is my fault. I told ED congrats on selling a boat, but you have no way got a new costumer!!
