I had been told good things about Dave's Septic Tank Services and readsome positive reviews. I am not sure what happened but Dave came to our home and gave us an estimate to have risers added to our previously serviced septic tank. He made an appointment with us for the installation and then did not show. We left several messages spaced a week apart - he then called us back and apologized and made another appointment with us but again no show. I have since left multiple messages over a period of a month and have finally given up. I really wanted to work with Dave - he seemed nice and anxious to help but I think it is terribly poor service to not show up (no notice) or not follow through on promised work.

Dave's pumping is the cheapest and most honest. He came out on a saturday and pumped our septic tank. I can't say enough about his professionalism and honesty. He took the time to explain my situation and even repaired the outgoing pipe at no additional charge. I enjoyed talking to him and made a new friend. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

This was my first septic back up on a saturday morning after living in my house for 6 years, this house was built in the 50's and Dave came within 1 hour after my call. He was very professional and said I was very fortunate that it was nothing serious was wrong since the previous owner never had the tank pumped out. He took time to explain things I didn't know about septic tanks and advised me when it should be cleaned again. His rates were very affordable. I will not hesitate to call him again if I have a problem. Thanks Dave
