That's because the Pharmacy has more than you to serve, they're a 24 hour store, they're on average backed up 300-1,000 prescriptions, on average 4 staff on duty and two drive through lines and three check outs all filled to the brim with customers, Constantly. for the people who actually NEED a neb, they go to the store.
