I've had that same problem with them. And I don't think I'm going back to them. First it was the federal taxes with the problem and getting paperwork. Now it's the state. It's been filed for three weeks now and nothing has come yet!! It was filed electronicaly! But other tax places has started getting there state taxes. This is my last year with Nelson's. sorry

My husband and I have dealt with Nelson's Tax for about 20 years now. And we are having nothing but problems with filing our taxes. Mr. Nelson has not been here this tax season. These young girls that are in the office now, are telling us to call the next day to see if the paperwork is there. And when we call the next day, they tell us to call again the following day. And so on. MR. NELSON, WHERE ARE YOU? If something doesn't get done SOON, my husband and I will be forced to go somewhere else to file our taxes. I want answers. I would really hate to go elsewhere, because I really like Nelson's Tax, but if we have to, so be it. Please, don't push us away. Yours Truly, Wayne and Loretta Matherne
