originally had inquired about a townhouse at this complex and saw that they had specified no pets. I have a small bearded dragon and asked if he would be considered a "pet." The leasing agent I spoke to told me that was no problem and she has seen lizzards run around the outside of the complex. After spending over three weeks, $60 on application fees and $200 on a holding deposit on this apartment they told me that they could not accept my bearded dragon as it is now considered a "pet" and would be harmful to the complex. I told them if there was any damages or issues wouldn't our $1100 security deposit be able to cover it' They told me it would not. We are working on getting our application fee and deposit back from them now, but I would just be very careful if you are considering this place as they seem to say one thing and act differently. Also the leasing agent would not give me the name of the owner/management company to talk to.
