Replying to the one star review. Customer brought in a patio umbrella for us to pack. Once we packed the patio umbrella in a custom made box the customer emailed us a label to print. The associate realized the label was not pre-paid & asked customer if he knew he had to pay shipping. Customer replied yes. Associate gave the shipping rate. Customer said that it was to much & said he would call the company to see if they would give him a shipping label to return the item. Associate said it is already packed do you want me to leave it packed?Customer said yes. Associate suggested that driving it to Illinois maybe cheaper than shipping it since It was so close & was not being rude but tried to be helpful. Customer paid & eft the store. He was not upset & thanked the associate. He never once complained & we would have gladly removed the umbrella from the boxes had he requested. The next day the customer posted a negative review on google. The store replied to the review and asked for the customer to reach out to the store via email. The store did receive an email but not from tbe customer but from his wife. The store manager called the wife. She is the one upset with her hudbands decision. We asked to speak to him directly since he was the customer in the store and her response was she is the one that handles “situations” like this becuase he does not do well with them. It is perfectly clear after our telephone conversation with the customers wife that she is not happy the her husband choice to pay for the box. At the end of the conversation she threatened to bring all four of her children into the store with the box and protest until she gets a refund. She also threatened to leave a negative review everywhere she can on the internet unless we refund her husband. This is her third negative review regarding the exact same transaction. We have yet to hear from her husband who is our customer. We did absoluetly nothing wrong and everything right in this situation.

Went to the location on October 5th 2018 to receive a quote to ship back a damaged item purchased online. Employee took my item to the back and packaged it before giving me the quote. After the quote was received for $153.00,which was more than the item itself, I told the employee that I did not want to follow through with the transaction due to the high cost of shipping. Employee made me pay for the box (and labor) which was $78.56 that I did not want and was not quoted for up front. I paid the amount only to get my damaged merchandise back. The employee also made a rude comment that it would be better if I drive to Illinois to take it back rather than ship it which is unprofessional. I have offered to return the box. We have called the manager who said they would contact the owner for resolution and would call us back by 10/12/18. No one has called us back. The lack of customer service is unbelievable.
