In 1999, John Stewart started L&F Design Build. In 2011, L&F Design build was then transformed into a new company that is known today as Encompass Develop Design and Construct. John envisioned a company that would take care of every facet of the development, design, and construction of a project. Encompass will take care of your project, large or small, and treat it as our own. We oversee the entire construction process and even place the travel soaps and other finishing touches in the hotel rooms. At Encompass, we strive to build relationships and provide excellent services to our partners. As we work within communities building structures we find it important to serve in those communities. Encompass believes in helping those within the communities we work in because it is a part of our company culture; we help those in need who live within the communities we work.
