1st Class Flooring did a wonderful job. They were quick and efficient. The dustless system was exactly how they described it, which was perfect. There was no mess and no clean up for us, or them, or anyone to do. Their dustless process truly is dustless. Not only do they do an amazing job but the customer service you receive from 1st Class truly is first class. They genuinely care about their customers happiness. The owner is the guy you deal with so you don't have to worry about a middle man. Any problems or concerns you have he personally sees to it and takes care of it right away. You maintain contact with the owner through the whole process as he helps you choose what you want and need. He even called two weeks later to check and see how the floors were holding up and if we were still satisfied. You just don't find customer service like that anymore. The whole 1st Class team is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about floors and always maintained a professional demeanor. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and have, including my own parents.

Ist class replaced our engineered floor with 3/4 inch hardwood. This was the entire first floor excluding the kitchen and master bathroom. Tony is a craftsman at heart and his/their work relects that. The dustless technology makes putting the house back together so much easier. We were pleased with the result and their commitment to do the job right. They injured a piece of our furniture and they stepped right up and took care of it to our satisfaction ( reflecting their integrity). It's surprising how experienced they are given they are so young. Tony made suggestions along the way(which we adopted ) and we're very pleased we did. We would recommend them with no hesitation

1st Class Flooring was very professional and did not leave anything that wasn't to my satisfaction. The dustless system was wonderful since I have 2 small children. There was no mess and no clean up for me to worry about. Not only did they do fantastic job with making my floors look great but they did a custom border throughout my home that looks wonderful. They are also faith based so it made me feel comfortable and safe knowing that I was hiring someone who was honest and decent with their customers. The team looked professional, clean and is very hardworking. They also installed a back splash in my kitchen and completely remodeled my bathroom with new tile floors, tile shower and a jet tub. Their bid was slightly higher than the quotes that I received but their quality of work and recommendations far exceeded the rest. If your serious about getting great quality flooring done do not hesitate to call this company. You'll be glad you did!

They were very professional with state of the art tools which made their services precise and quick. 1st Class Flooring did our hardwood floors that we thought not to repairable however when they were finished we were astonished! They were flawlessly beautiful, not only are they "miracle workers" but they are very professional and trust worthy so you can feel comfortable having them in your home when you can't be. I highly recommend this company and know you will be happy with the finished results just the same as we were.

I love the work that was done on my floors...and the guys were extremely polite and professional..I had hated that nasty carpet in our house and the hardwood just made it look and feel so clean and up to date. They were on time and worked hard. The workmanship of Tony was great and my new hearth just fit right in perfectly...I am very pleased and happy and YES I will call them back for more work...hopefully very soon

After thirteen years of abuse from kids and a dog, not to mention chlorine water being dripped on the floor routinely from the pool, our floors were in desperate need of refinishing. In searching for a company to refinish the floors, I looked for a reputable company with a dustless system that uses the best products available on the market - I found that company and would highly recommend 1st Class Flooring.



Typically you can't stay in a home while the floors are being stripped due to the high degree of dust and that can be true with a typical "dustless" system, but the technology that 1st Class Flooring uses is not typical. There was so little dust in the air it was hard to believe which also meant almost ZERO clean up upon completion. My wife loved that. Compare systems when getting bids as there is a wide range of "dustless systems" and the one 1st Class Flooring uses is among the best in the business. I wouldn't consider some dustless as the stripping machines are surely anything but dustless (do your homework or call 1st Class Flooring).



When you have anyone working in your home, you desire for them to be respectful and to treat the job as if they were working on their own home. Tony, Jeremy and Ross were friendly and very diligent and took no short cuts - trust me I know as I was there a majority of the time they were on the job. Typically the owner of the company does a bid and sends his team in to do the work, but not Tony. He worked side by side with his team to make sure the job was done right and it was. Did I say my floors look awesome?



Additionally, I strive to give work to companies that are faith based. It is important for me to know that I am helping a fellow believer and a part of everything I pay them is returned to God. 1st Class Flooring is a faith based company owned by, Tony, a worship leader in his church. This also gave me comfort that I could leave them alone with my daughters and wife without fear - which I did.



Finally, I would recommend 1st Class Flooring because they use a water based floor finish that is ecofriendly (Green) with a los VOS rating and is incredibly durable. Water based finishes are more durable than oil and provide much less odor. The stuff hardly smells as I stayed in the house the whole time they applied the finish and as it was drying - no way you can do that with an oil based product. Generally you need to use an oil based product to get the rich amber look on your floors, but the Emulsion sealer that they use is able to get the look in a water based product - essentially the best of both worlds. I strongly recommend going with the commercial finish of Street Shoe 275 as it is the fastest curing finish on the market per industry tests (check it out online as I did before I chose a company).



I could not be happier with the professionalism, work quality and price of the job. They had the lowest bid using a dustless system and yet their work was of the highest quality. What more could you ask for?
