This is the 2nd time we've used Garner Heating AC for service, they are friendly, on time, and they do what they say they're going to do ! If I leave an email, they respond quickly, they call to confirm the time they'll be at my house and they show up on time. Jordan is very friendly and knowledgable, and does a great job. Moved to Kyle in June and knew no one. Went to AngiesList and selected Garner based on reviews. Was not disappointed. Jordan called to ask if it was ok for him to arrive 15 minutes early. Wonderful, no waiting, wondering if or when serviceman would arrive. He and David arrived and introduced themselves. I explained that I was a new homeowner and needed to know that my heating system was ready for the winter. Also, I wanted a new thermostat. Even though mine was working, it was old and very difficult to manage. After checking everything thoroughly, Jordan said my system was good to go on the heat and installed the thermostat I chose. I couldn't have asked for a more professional team to do the work. I now have a maintenance contract with them so I will know as the seasons change my heating and cooling systems are in good hands, and I won't have to worry about whom to call if I should have a problem. It's important to work with a company you feel you can trust. I trust Garner.

Service technician was sent out within a few hours of me calling in. They fixed up my system within half an hour (was low on freon), and flushed my drainage pipe. They clearly explained what was going on with my system, and when to expect needing to replace it. I will definitely be calling them again next time.

Garner Heating and AC is a very professional company which I have used for several years. Most recently, they installed a new HVAC system in a rental house of mine. They had a good bid, arrived on schedule and completed the job ahead of schedule, arrived with the proper equipment, tools, and very well trained and experienced technicians. The job site was left spotless, the new units work perfectly. Separately, Garner has performed semi-annual inspections of the system in my main house and has very promptly and efficiently responded to any special situations which have arisen with well qualified technicians. As mentioned above, I consider Garner to be a very professional organization. I would certainly recommend them for any HVAC matters which may arise.

Our AC went out and they sent out a technician on a Sunday afternoon for a free estimate. The price was extremely reasonable and easy to finance. The new system was installed the following Wednesday.
