IVE been to bud and joes tavern no problems

TOURISTS BEWARE! You are not welcome here. This is the local dive bar and unless you're married to your cousin and were born in Kure Beach they will take your money and then treat you horribly. Everyone gets drunk quick and then looks to fight if you are from out of town. I had a very scary experience visiting this place and was surprised because everywhere else we went was so nice and the bartender and guests across the street at Jack Mackerels were so nice. I'm surprised this place has been in business for so long but I guess the local rednecks like to drink and have no place else to do it in this tiny town. Don't waste your time, your money or your safety visiting Bud and Joe's in Kure Beach.
