I was given a quote by Rudy and I had to send him photos via his email account. I was advised that my job was small and that I couldn't be put on the books until last minute notice. He called 2 days before he was going to do the job. I took off of work for this appointment. I was promised 2 men and a 4 hour timeframe. When they showed up, there was 1 man and he was going to do something that was not in the quote. The employee called Rudy as well as myself. Rudy advised that even though we discussed in detail and through email what was to be performed, that he changed his mind and this is what was offered and when I advised that was not the deal he pulled his guy from the job. He said it is what it is even though this wasn't good business practice, he said the job wasn't worth it. I advised I was going to speak to the owner and he said go ahead it's my son and he won't override me and then he disconnected the call. What business owner practices this way. He knew upfront the job, and yes it was small but he agreed to do. Don't buy from them, they changed their mind once they are on the job site. Unacceptable.
