The inflated charges began at the 'free' consult that was $100. We agreed on a pay as we go method. I made multiple payments before my case was dropped. He billed me full price for everything, all drafted paperwork, mailing letters, answering phone, etc. At the time my case was dismissed I owed $45. I understood that I would receive a final bill. What I did not know is that bill would go back 5 months. I called to ask why I was sent multiple invoices with a balance if you believed I owed more. He said didn’t know the amount due but if I came to his office (45 minutes away) he would explain it. So I'm paying $200/hr for you to put my name in a pre-typed letter but can't get and updated invoice? When I went to talk to him I was told the women behind the front desk was responsible for billing, even though I was charged as if he did it, and that is just how they did things. Not for a moment did anyone stop to address my concerns. That's how Mr. Kuntz does things at his office! Beware!!

Mark has impacted my life so much in so little time that I had to make the time to write this review. I'm a veteran residing in GA, who's oldest daughter lives in Indiana. Without every seeing my face, or meeting me one time Mark took my case to fight for me to be the parent I wanted to be. I was facing the worst case scenario, dealing with a mother who was determined to keep my baby from a loving father. I've had 3 lawyers before him and paid thousands of dollars with zero results. Mark came on board and literally changed my world. He's patient, knowledgeable, direct, tactful , and has a staff that emulates these same values. I can vouch for him, and I would HIGHLY recommend him for someone who is out of state as well as in state. It took me three years to find him and 3 lawyers but it was well worth it. I did not expect him to create new laws for me, all I required of him was to use his knowledge of the law to his best ability to get me as much time with my beautiful baby girl as possible and he did that.
