The most unhelpful business I have ever dealt with. They do not honor lower prices at their own discretion. (Not a competitor? Well, it tells me they ARE if they have it IN STOCK and either way I have to order it somewhere, what price do you think I'm going to go with??)

Drove there to purchase an item that clearly shows in stock in the app, no other customers entering or leaving and once inside the store, app shows item not available! The Website and Best Buy app mislead you to think they have the items in stock, but in reality, once you are in the store, inventory shows not available. They do this to get you to buy something more expensive or to still make a sale while in the store to pick up another day.

Gone are the days that stores make the customer a priority and bend over backwards to make it right. If you're wise, you'll avoid the hassle if this business.

Phone hold times to even TRY to reach a real person are almost 30 mins! Completely not a business I want to support!

To get your best buy, don't shop at Best Buy!

Store staff could be better.

Have bought from this store for years but recently was treated badly over the phone by a young lady. My brand NEW jeep was damaged by the audio guys in the garage and it took along time for them to finally make it right. In all fairness best buy did pay for the damage and even gave me a gift card but this was after calling corporate to complain. A person in the store was rude and had no concept of how a person could be upset over damage to a $36000 jeep. She hung up on me when I there was a scratch on my jeep. After explaining it over and over and put on hold I explained it as a scratch on my "damn" jeep. At that point she decided she was a victim of verbal abuse and simply hung up. When I called back I asked to speak to a manager please. She asked if I was the gentleman who cursed her out. I said no I'm the guy who described a scatch as being on my damn jeep. In no way did I direct any hateful word towards her. She put me on hold for several minutes and conveniently hung up again. That's when I called the corporate office. They were very understanding in all fairness and yes I was satisfied after that call.

the reason why i rated it a one due to the fact i had bought a computer and montior for them and when the montior went bad on me they accused me of damging it and you could tell it was not damged by me it was on the inside of the montior and not the outside so i gotten ripped off now i have to buy another montior when my money comes in and it sure will not be from best buy. thats for sure not the one in munice.
