      As a business client I am extremely dissatisfied! They sold me a ticket that was invalid (instead of a return ticket as purchased and ticketed for, it was valid only for the first two legs...not to the destination and no way back!) and after many months they are still trying not to refund me for the extra ticket I had to buy!
