Absolutely terrible quality rings. Invested in an engagement ring a year ago & it broke twice. The diamonds would fall out & the owner expressed that with this style ring, it’s “intended to break”. I have never experienced such poor quality & terrible customer service. This is absolutely a waste of your money & I would never recommend him to anyone. One star is truly off putting as this business deserves zero. Don’t waste your money, go to a jeweler that will respect your investments & offer your a quality ring.

We have been going to Vella's for 5 years for all of our jewelry needs. Our most recent experience is why I keep going back to see Ron and tell all our friends about him. I have my wife's rings which are white gold cleaned and plated to keep them looking shiney. I have this done every six months. Not only is he cheaper than any jeweler but I have used him so many times that this last time there was no charge. He is a honest man who believes in taking care of his customers and I will always use Ron.

Mr Vella the owner is the best jewelry in knoxville and the service is the best around most jewelry store told me it would be 2 week to fix my jewelry and they fix it in less then 2 hour .Thank you Ron
