I would tell my best friend that this temporary agency has a three strike system. This agency also plays mean games and will give you a horrible reference even if you worked for them for years and helped them out several times and got nice letters from customers. I lost my home and everything in it and my family split up because of them. Don't work for them. There are some people there that hurt people on purpose. I think they are told to do it to some people regardless. Try not to work for temp agecies if you can because they lie all the time about getting you into permanant placement in companies. The fact is if they introduced you to a company that company cannot hire you if they have positions coming up in their companies. They have big ads in newspapers to attract people because they have burned bridges with their employees. They must be getting paid off in favors for hurting certain people who are on someone's hit list. I think Knoxville and the surrounding areas is full of this stuff that goes on. It's not fair to do this to families. Randstad is another company that is in on this stuff. In fact, some Spherion's have been bought out by Randstad.

they certainly did me wrong more than once. hire direct. give the worker the money and not these people who sit around collecting money for not working.
