BEWARE. AVOID this place. Do not buy a moving part here. They will not refund YOUR MONEY IF PART IS DEFECTIVE. You are better off buying at an auto parts store with a warranty. I purchased a used window motor which they charge me $35 for which was non-functional. You don't know the price until you get up to the damn counter. I could have purchased a motor with a life time warranty for a few more bucks ($5 more) at the auto parts store. On top of that, these people charge a core charge for a window motor. What a joke! Scam. A junk yard charging a core charge??

Over all its pretty easy to locate car or suv here if you can use a computor,If not they can help you there.Most junk yards can tell you they have car or truck,but not sure whats left on it.So stop complaining about the phone.Lower overhead saves you money!!!

i have ALWAYS had good luck here! never needed a part they didn't have and prices are great! Pros: cars are set up for easy access, good selection, not walking in mud, no snakes(yet), very organized, wheelbarrows, insurance(see cons). Cons: cover charge, CORE CHARGE!! (come on, really?!) insurance(good to have,but mostly just squeezing a few extra bucks out of you). All in all, still WAY my favorite junk yard by a mile! no one else even comes close.

They would probably have more business if you would be able to talk to a real person..I Am not driving 30 minutes there so I can find out that they dont have the wheel I need for my car. I have been there before but there not very helpful. I need a wheel for my car and I KNOW that the wheel wont be on the car. It will be put up in a building. So I would need to talk to a real person to find out what I need to know.

Website is somewhat helpful but you can't talk to a real person since the telephone answering system is all automated. When you click on the contact tab it takes you to the frequently asked questions portion which is great if the question you have is included on the list-if it's not then you're out of luck because you won't be given a way to really contact someone. That part is just a teaser and quite frustrating when you have a question that needs to be answered. With gas being as high as it is, it would be nice if you could talk to a real person to see if it would be worth the trip there. I'm looking for parts for a Sebring convertible but when you look on the website it doesn't have an option to specify that.

Bought used engine from them. Price was great, but threw a rod after only 2 months.
