Awesome, awesome, awesome!!

I took the advice of the reviews and decided to drive all the way from West Knoxville to go there. They have coupons on the internet, if you are a first time client, and there was one for 1/2 off color service.

I was scheduled with Katie and she is worth every penny!! I came in with a whole mess of problems (I died my hair black, then freaked and have had highlights pulled thru for the last year). My highlights were very streaky, and consisted of 3-4 different colors.. all of the "bronze" nature. My fault for 'cheating' on my stylist and cheaping out at Aveda...

I told Katie I had no idea what to do-- just something HAD to be done!! She knew exactly what to do, and the result was gorgeous!! I will never see anyone else!! She tackled my hair perfectly in terms of the blow dry (I have extremely curly and frizzy hair, not to mention thick!), too. It came out really straight, without a bunch of product and 20 mins of having the straightening iron ran through it.

It seemed really empty when I went in there, which was a little strange. But it was a Monday afternoon. It was nice though to not have to wait for my hairdresser-- she was right at the reception area when I came in. Also, the decor is pretty cool-- very simple and modern. I got a spray tan from them too & it is beautiful I had a great experience overall.

Oh, their prices are listed on their website, and they are VERY reasonable. Highly recommended!

This place did not make me feel very welcome, the owner did not even speak to me but she was very busy just surfing the web. It seems to be a lot of turn over here from what I have heard. I would think that an owner of an establishment would want to make customers feel welcome and comfortable.

My stylist was incredibly skilled, talented and took a lot of time to talk with me about my hair, what I wanted and made recommendations. Loved Paradigm Salon. I have been to a lot of salon's in a lot of places, but through them all, my experience at Paradigm was by far the best. I was referred to Katie by one of my co-workers. I am very particular about the color of my hair, therefore, I really trusted my co-worker's reference. Katie was very thorough and knew exactly what I wanted when I came for my consultation. She gave me her honest opinion, yet many different color combinations that I would like. Usually, I get very scared to look, however, the whole time Katie was coloring my hair, I was so anxious. I, just like my co-worker, now refer everyone who is looking for a good,  Intelligent hair colorist to Katie. I will be telling all my friends to try her.

My experience with Paradigm Salon is always 5 stars. They are everything you are looking for when you are going to be pampered.



I have been going there for a couple of years, mainly for haircuts. I have also gotten spraytans, manicures and pedicures. All of the services are great.



When you walk in the door, you immediately feel relaxed. The atmosphere is very soothing. When your treatment is finished, you feel wonderfully pampered.



I have always had a very pleasant experience at Paradigm Salon. I quite frequently recommend them and take other people there with me.

Best Ever!. I can't say enough nice things about Katie and Tonya. It's a fantastic place and they always make you feel at home. I have never received more compliments on my hair since I started going to Katie over a year ago. Total strangers have stopped me and asked where I get my hair done!I would not hesitate to recommend any of the stylists at Paradigm. You will not regret making an appointment and you will be hooked!

I have been searching for a good nail tech in this area for a year. I have tried so many and as soon as I leave I have to file them or do something to them. Not to mention I didn't get my haircut for months because no one did what I ask. I walked into Paradigm just to start tanning. I ended up staying ALL day having my nails done and my haircut. Tonya is great with hair. She did exactly what I wanted and was fun. Best haircut in over a year. The tannning bed selection is wonderful and very resonable. Now for my nails...I have never been so pleased. I have had my nails done for 16 years and Marcaira did the best job EVER. They are beautiful and I have not touched them. No need to file when I leave. They are perfect. The new owner is just a joy. The entire atmosphere is one that I have been looking for. I won't go anywhere else.

Paradigm Salon is hands down the absolute best salon!!! The staff is very professional and always on their game. The atmosphere is relaxing and vibe very feel good. A few months ago in desperation for a new hair stylist a friend referred me to Tonya. She is an amazing stylist! I trust her implicitly which says a lot coming from me. I am VERY particular about my hair. And once I find someone good, i stick with them. In fact, I drive 45 minutes to see her every other month. And it's not like I moved away from West Knoxville. I have been driving this far to the Paradigm Salon since day one!! My husband thinks I am crazy, but he just doesn't understand.

I have enjoyed me time that i go tanning out there i would recommend this tanning place to everyone the owner is super nice and they keep it super duper clean in there just thought i would share my experience there... It is me april i have really enjoyed tanning there...
