Provided by YP.comAs a long time Office Max customer, I must say that I was extremely disappointed in my latest purchase. I found a desk (floor model) which I wanted to purchase. They did not have any in stock, so I had to place an order and have it delivered. The desk came in many many boxes and took my husband 4 hours to put together. After putting the desk together, we found that they ordered the wrong desk. While it was in the same collection (Regency Road), it was a Credenza that is meant to be pushed up against a wall. I called Office Max to try and resolve this. Basically I was told that we had to take the desk apart and put back in all of the boxes that it came in. They would then be kind enough to send someone back to pick it up and I would just have to reorder the correct desk. While they admitted that it was their fault, they were not willing to do anything to make this right, such as, send someone to pack the desk back up or if not that, even have someone install the new desk. We were left out in the cold and responsible for correcting their mistake. Terrible customer service.
