After reading the comment on a scam, I am very much appalled to be slammed with such behavior. Specialty items can not be credited back. There is a freight charge on these parts when ordered. Estimate was given and the estimate was higher than the sales order. We never know how much freight will cost until we get the invoice. That is why we do an estimate.
It is just like when truck goes down the road their customer is charged for hauling loads. If no revenue is made then that company will not be in business. I am sure that this former customer does not haul freight for free.
