Wonderful service! We have been dealing with the Farragut Location for over a year and have loved it. They communicate well, do not overcharge and always greet us with a smile. I have met the owner and he has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure we are being taken care of. I highly recommend these guys.

You cannot trust them! The owner Lies to you and does not keep his promise. They do not care about people!!!

They are slower than most places in the Farragut, TN area. When I got my car back from a simple oil change in my 2013 Ford Fusion there were black hand prints all over my front (white) bumper, black on the leather (tan) interior, the window tinting was scratched from removing the old oil sticker reminder, and hthey did not reset the oil life in my dish compter. Why bother anymore? (also agree with previous post about people not seeming to care when asking questions for service).

I'm new to Farragut and was looking for a goood place to have my 4 vehicles serviced. The manager, Aaron I think, doesn't know what customer service is. Very impersonal and I could hear him screaming curse words while I was sitting in the waiting room!! I asked him about the 90,000 mile service in their brochure and he didn't seem the least bit interested in explaining it to me. I got my car back an hour and a half later and the oil change light wasn't reset! Bad management and sloppy service. I took my next oil change to a place down the road, Matlock and they were great! Complete opposite.

Excellent Service. Had same service performed at another business and it was a fail and lots of $$$. First Choice was able to fix the problem properly and didn't charge nearly what the previous shop did. I would highly recommend First Choice, Farragut.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Came in for routine oil service on 2014 Buick. Had open bays, took 20 min just to get car in shop. Took another hour to perform service and then only after I kept pressure up to get it out the door. Had to wait while they ordered and had to have oil delivered. Explanation is that they normally take an hour for a LOF. Let me use their equip and I can do it in half the time on my own. Terrible service. Will not use them again.

First Choice really saved the day. We live in Nashville and was in town only for the weekend. But having lived in Knox and worked with First Choice before we knew no doubt thats who we should go to! Our SUV starting giving us problems just as soon as we got off interstate in Knox. They got us in at closing on Fri. They had our SUV fixed and ready Sat afternoon. Considering our problem we just knew it would be Monday before we could get home. And to top it off gave us a complimentary oil change. We are so pleased and so thankful for First Choice! We wish he was closer to us in Franklin, Tn!!

I have brought my car in twice for brake pads and a battery replacement no my BMW X5 which is complicated. I drop my car off in the am, they bring me home and pick me up. Fair price and quality work each time. I trust them to do the right thing.

The staff are very friendly..Jeff, Chris, all of them. They have worked on both of my cars. My husband has been sick, so I do not have a way to drop them off or pick them up, without help. They have picked up my cars and brought them back...no charge. They have even stopped by to see how they were running. Prices are reasonable. Excellent customer service.

Avoid this place at all costs. The work is sloppy and at least one of the service advisers has an attitude that won't quit. Don't let the clean appearance fool you. You're better off taking your vehicle anywhere else.
