Do NOT trust these guys. They have a pattern of finding more and more problems, then charging you twice what was estimated, THEN, charging you for "storage fees" if you can't pick it up right away. Make sure you get their storage policy in writing up front! Also, MAKE SURE you get your warranty in WRITING!!! They won't want to give it to you in writing, they will say their invoice is enough. Don't trust them.

This is the worst shop I have ever been to in my life. I take my car in there a few months after I have my transmission rebuilt to have it rebuilt again(and keep in mind that it had the same problem when I first got it back months ago that I wanted them to fix) which was I couldn't down shift into 3rd from any gear unless I went into 2nd first and I drove it like this since I got it back the first time because it took a month and a half to do that much and I could not be with out a car. Now this time I was going to replace the clutch,throw out bearing,pressure plate and have the flywheel resurfaced I dropped it off June 4 and it's been 24 days and he told me the day I dropped it off it shouldn't be more than a couple of days. They didn't touch my car until June 16th which is 12 days after I dropped it off. That's totally uncalled for I could've been driving my car for that almost 2 weeks. Then I have to be the one to order my clutch kit and I order it with one day shipping so I can have it done as soon as I get the clutch and the shops had the clutch kit for a week now and haven't touched it once not even to open the box. Then to make it worse I had a spare transmission in my basement and they were having so much trouble finding parts they literally had me bring down my spare tranny for parts.( which I think they were just too cheap to buy the parts out of they're own money because this second time the transmission work is warrantied) to sum this up Dave told me my car would be done today Saturday around lunch and I call him and he says it'll be around 2 then I call him at 2 for him to tell me we had to stop working on it for the day it will be Monday morning before you get your car back. That's completely unnecessary to have to wait this long for a simple fix. Then I called him back to ask why it's taking so long and he said he doesn't have a clue why it's taking so long because his employee told him he had a problem with a bolt so decides to not finish my car with the 4 hours left in his work day. Overall this shop is terrible and should never even have existed before let alone now.

I agree with billy, these guys really know their stuff and are very friendly and if not completely occupied, they will take their time to help with about anything you need. But i have noticed that they are almost always slammed with business, which is honestly the only downfall, but if your patient i promise that it is worth the wait, although i have been in and out very quickly a number of times. I have been a repeat customer for years and have never had an issue. Dave, Micheal, and Chris are great, I highly recommend these guys.

I cannot believe that there are some bad reviews about these guys. They were 100% honest and professional. Dave definitely knows his stuff. Michael is a great guy to deal with. I have recently had the same types of issues withwith Daves Wholesale. They now service so many car repairs at the same time its impossible to get your issue resolved in a reasonable amount of time. In addition SOME of the mechanics will leave greasey fluid under your hood like power steering fluid covering your container and not bother to wipe it down. So that the next time u go to check its covered in fluid. These are basic things that most repair shops would easily take care of. Daves is simple not the type of establishment I will take my car to nor would I recommend.

I use to recommend Dave's and i have sent alot of people to them. Lately they have gotten sloppy. Keeping my car all day to do jobs that should only take a few hours minimum and adding additional cost. One instance i took my car @ 8am called them inquiring about when the car would be done only to have the office guy tell me they didnt get the part until closing time and my car would NOT be ready till the next day. It seems they have gotten greedy and not interested in respecting customers time. They make so many appointments maximizing there money and NOT repairing cars in a timely matter. Im very disappointed in this service because its ALL about the money and NOT good service. Unless u have ALL day to wait for your vechile go some where else. I Recommend AUTO PRO.
