The store manager stood behind the front desk talking to another employee at least five minutes while I waited to pay for an item. They don't deserve new customers. I am glad I didn't transfer my prescriptions there even though this store is much closer to my home.

The staff in the store area are fine, the manager is always friendly and helpful but it's the women at the pharmacy. Many of the younger females don't or won't treat the customers with courtesy or respect. My husband absolutely hates going to this pharmacy and will be switching to another.

I am a customer at this Pharmacy on Chapman hwy. As is my entire family for years and years we have been giving them our business. Recently the old location closed & they moved into a brand new store. They have some new employees at the new location sometimes I get lucky & James will be there, but otherwise it is an all female staff & there is not a smiling face with any of them. I truly hate going to this location now..... Everyone in the pharmacy is rude and very disrespectful! The women their ignore your needs and just act so snotty!! The only thing good about this store is the location & if I am lucky James will be there. Thank you James for always being such a professional.... I wish that it would rub off on the bitchy inconsiderate female staff! Please understand that I have nothing at all against women in general I love females. It just seems so unnessacary
