This gets 2 stars because they never provide substitutes when someone can't come in. Often they don't even call to let you know no caregiver is coming. They are unconcerned if a client is left alone. They cover up for each others' neglect.

Worst in home healthcare company in u.s.a people don't show up. No one up there cares about the patients. Do not go down the same road we did. Call any other company.
