Nothing but problems with this place. Would not recommend it. Very incompetent no matter which department you go to. They charge for services that were not done and if you do decide to buy a vehicle, make sure everything you need is there. Like keys to locks of spare tire. And they WILL argue that the lock is there so the tire does not get stolen, but that does not do you any good if you get stranded and have no access to the spare. So, buyer beware. Make sure to double check everything that you are getting done on your vehicle and ensure all parts are present when purchasing. Also, do not buy the maintenance packet unless you plan on using all of it. They will not refund any unused funds.

I recently applied online for a price quote on a Civic. I started getting emails from West Side Honda, to which I replied I was not interested in a purchase at this time. Then I get an obscene email from their online sales guy's Yahoo account. He must be a moron, because it had his name in the email and address. Don't deal with these people.

Buying a car is typically a buyer beware or at least be careful not to be manipulated by the salesperson. In this regard West Side Honda is no better nor any worse than the typical automotive dealer. However, where they truly excell in with their service department. It is totally top notch, fair pricing, and on your side when it comes to maintaining or repairing your Honda. They are the best!
