ResCare is one of the largest providers of human services in the world and employs a staff of more than 42,000 professionals. It provides job training and educational support to individuals who suffer from developmental disabilities, as well as features various employment programs for people who experience barriers in their careers. The organization offers education and training services to young people through the Job Corps program and provides home care services to individuals recovering from illnesses, injuries and surgeries. ResCare also partners with various schools and academies, including Excel Alternative Schools, Texas Hill Country School, New Summit School and Academy for Individual Excellence to provide education to youth.
