Upon trying to collect a debt (arrangements had been), agency contacted father and fathers Mother even thou they were not responsible for the debt - regarding the childs health care - said father had his parental rights dissolved by court (this should tell you what kind of threat he is) and they put child in harms way - giving information on childs location - no remorse

Employer asked for agency not to call their employees while they were working at their business. Agency was rude threatened to take action against employer and employee.
