I think this is one of the Worst places ever. We called and ordered 6 pizzas for my daughters 6 yr old B day party which we planned for months. I go to get the pizza and they knew nothing of this order. They said they remember it being ordered but lost ticket. My daughter had shimmer and shine character there to surprise her and I missed her one time only excitement due to the pizza fiasco. I was very upset and talked to the GM and she was nice. The employees there are cocky and the one guy was laughing. I said do you think this is funny. He said I can laugh if I want. Then the girl held up the ticket for the pizza with hand on hip like she did something good. The GM said it was her that lost and took the order. The manager came up and said what is the problem and I said you tell me since you are the manager. Just a MESS. Go there and it will be messed up guaranteed. It has happened more than one time and only chose little caesars because my daughter likes it. Just shaking my head.
