Stewart Property has always been wonderful to us as renters. They were always on top of things, if there was an issue, they took care of it. Jack and Jenny are both wonderful and very easy to work with. They run a professional business that follows the rules, if you follow the rules set in place there is no friction. Would definitely recommend renting from these great people!

For those looking for a property management agent. BEWARE. Our relationship with Stewart Property Management (SPM) has been one of the worst customer service nightmares we have ever experienced. When we moved cross country we hired SPM expecting they would manage our property. They received their monthly commission, but did little else to assure us the property was inspected on an annual basis (per our contract with them). Communication was very poor. Many times we did not receive answers to our calls or email correspondence except when they required funds for repairs. Jack has anger issues and has hung up on me and my husband on several occasions. He will offer ambiguous and lengthy excuses when asked a direct question.Overall, very poor business ethics.

Also those looking for a rental property. BEWARE.They used the same pictures of our home when renting for over eight years. When we asked for pics of the condition of our property they sent images we had given to them before we left!

They were good while we were paying the rent, Kept up on fixing things and the lawn. When we moved in we even took pictures of the place like your told to do and had a list of the things wrong with the place. Everything was fine, except for the living in NorthHills..."Party Central" College Students everywhere, they never told us this! And we have kids! It was always loud, cars everywhere! People moving out every month. Never knew our neighbors. Then we chose to finally out since nothing was being done or changed...We scrubbed everything, got on hands and knees, bleached, rented a carpet cleaner, that place was spotless!! Took more pictures. They took $400 of our $800 deposit stating the place was filthy and they had to hire a cleaning service...which BY THE WAY they hire anyways...they don't tell you in the beginning, they hire even if the place is clean or not!!!!! The pictures were pointless, unless we take them to court...too much money! I DON'T recommend them AT ALL!!!!!!!

Well first off I think they messed everything up for me. My ex husband rented from them and added me on there without me knowing. And when he left me and then I moved out they didn't tell me there was money to be paid. My dogs did mess up some of the damage but I did what I had to do by correcting the problem. I spent my own money to fix what my dogs messed up and then when I tried to rent to someone els they told them not to rent to me, and they ended up putting me and my one and half year old daughter on to the streets once again.
