If you absolutely have to use this gym get a punch card. I canceled my membership and still got billed for three months after my contract ended. When I called the gym them they told me that it rolls over and I have to specifically tell them I want to cancel and do not want my contract to roll over. I was under the impression when you call to cancel a service the service is terminated. That is not the case with this gym; expect to call them to cancel numerous times. The gym its self is pretty average no area for Crossfit few to little organized classes nothing special in my opinion. The mens locker room is pretty nasty change at home if possible. The physical gym is maybe a three star rating. If you have to use this gym get a punch card dealing with this organization is not worth the stress and pay for your punch card with cash.

Its an older gym so yes, some of the equipment needs maintenance. But so far the services offered are worth the price. I'm paying $26 a month for a family of three, for that price I'm happy with what services they offer. Compared to other sports clubs, you definitely get your money's worth!

I have been a member at National Fitness since I have moved to Klamath Falls (roughly six years ago). I must say that the service is excellent, and as for the equipment complaints, you have to expect some degree of damage; in today's economic climate, they can understandably be behind on repairs. Other than that, you get more than what you pay for and its a great gym!

first it's 23 dollars a month for adults 19 for college students the club allows people to workout without bankrupting you 24 hour is 35 a month and harbor is 45 a month thats a rip yea they are nicer but why?? because they charge you way more thus they can afford to keep things running smoother... 2nd your a retard because if you look on the back of your card there is a note that says "National fitness does not handle any cancellations please call connexions billing company" 3rd: yes i agree its not the cleanest but i much enjoy the quality of people that workout there and the people that work at the front desk they are helpful to the fullest extent they can be... 4th: people will complain about everything they can because there are that kind of people and then there are the people that pay their dues and have a smile on their face when they work out so my advice to you:STOP BITCHIN!

This place is the nastiest and dirtiest gym i have ever seen. Check out all the duct tape holding the machine seats together, the missing pieces, the non woking machines. The shower and locker room is complete filth but hey.. its cheap i guess.

Don't join if you ever want to cancel!!! They will not return your phone calls so you have to keep paying month to month. I have been trying to cancell for 4 months now!! I wish I had never joined.
