Dragonfly Transitions is a transitional living program in Klamath Falls, Oregon that supports young adults on a journey of self-discovery, wellness, and independence. Our approach focuses on fostering personal growth through connection, community, and experience. We offer a range of progressive phases, as well as college and vocational training options, recreational activities, and therapeutic support services to help young people with mental health challenges like anxiety and depression.
