Never use this company! This was the worst vacation experience I've ever had. To make a VERY long story short... We had sewage all over the basement of our rental property. Kitty Dunes kept saying someone was on their way. No one came for over 24 hours, and when a septic company finally showed up, the problem still wasn't fixed. No one entered the house to clean up the mess- we had to do it ourselves. They never even came to see the damage. Our emergency calls were never returned. When the manager finally spoke to us, he was rude, arrogant, angry and mean. He laughed at our situation and even physically threatened us. Two days of our vacation were totally ruined because of Kitty Dunes' incompetence.
