If you like waiting, this is the place to go. Seems to be ok with everyone that waiting is the norm in this office. Your appt at 1pm...get comfortable, maybe at 1:30pm you will hear your name shouted across the waiting room. They may be qualified and competent but you'll have to wait for it.
