We bought a fixer-upper in OBX and hired Mark Moseley to fix several electrical issues mentioned in the housing report, some being safety-related. He also did a great job of wiring/installing a new wall oven/microwave unit. We were really impressed w/Mark's ability to think thru and solve several problems. Although his hourly rate appeared high to us at first, we now realize that nobody else could have done the job for less because Mark is so well organized and analytical. In addition, he was prompt, polite, and extremely respectful to us and to our property. Great job--Thanks Mark! We'll definitely hire him again when the need arises.
