Friendly, prompt, accommodating staff lead by a very upbeat and service oriented manager, Mr. Moussa Diop. Moussa, recently went out of his way to be available after hours and assist in delivery/pickup of 2 Commercial Heating Units including arranging for exchange when original units received were too large for our application. Additionally, throughout the process, we were kept informed of shipment tracking and availability via phone from Moussa personally. Just one visit to the Kissimmee store and you will quickly notice the staff has been infected with his upbeat attitude and dedication to customer service.

This is a last resort stop for any item needed. Prices are much higher than at other distributors for the same items. Purchased a pool heater because they are located close to were the heater was to be installed. Paid $200 more for the heater than it would've cost me anywhere else. Next time, If I want a fair price I will just have to drive into Orlando.
